SciShield is the new system for training resources

The training topics listed comprise the required minimum training based on the employee’s job roles and activities. The supervisor is responsible to ensure their employees receive adequate training according to the specific job tasks being performed.

Notes:

  • The supervisor may need to augment the topics listed with other training materials of their own and/or unique to their work. The supervisor must document these trainings independently.
  • Some trainings are automatically assigned based on job activities listed for the employee. Additional trainings can be found via the “Course Directory.”
  • SciShield will send out automatic emails when a training is coming up due or is overdue.
