Complete Machine Specific Training. This training is provided by the machine administrator.
Online form for recording Machine-Specific Training (to be completed by the authorized trainer)

- Proper operating procedures
- Location and significance of the various radiation warning and safety devices
- Precautions necessary to prevent exposure
- How to complete x-ray machine usage log
- Operator training requirements
- Reporting of suspected faulty equipment and reporting improper use of the x-ray system:
