Notes:
- The supervisor may need to augment the topics listed with other training materials of their own and/or unique to their work. The supervisor must document these trainings independently.
- Some trainings are automatically assigned based on job activities listed for the employee. Additional trainings can be found via the “Course Directory.”
- SciShield will send out automatic emails when a training is coming up due or is overdue.

Non-OSU employees need to be granted a temporary account via SciShield in order to gain access to the trainings. Please fill out the form below and EH&S will create a temporary account. After a temporary account is created, they can use any of the training links listed in the course directory. Note: The login/password for temporary SciShield accounts is directly administered by EH&S. Other OSU groups (IT, CN, Help Desk, etc.) will not be able to assist. Please contact EH&S directly for temporary account assistance.
(Must be completed by an OSU employee)
If you have any questions regarding the Training Identification Assessment or other training needs, please contact Environmental Health & Safety.
